Managing Data mining & analytics, setting right processes for new projects, Finance metrics
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Understand existing process flows and identifying key problem areas and bottlenecks in the process flow and suggest improvements
- Collaborate with financial reporting, IT and other internal teams to develop initiatives and strategies that optimise costs and improve internal and external reporting
- Scrutinise the management information systems and provide analytical inputs/li>
- Providing Financial insights that help the decision-making process
- Monitoring Pre-Defined Metrics of the Business / Department on a regular business
- Identifying opportunities for improvement and building a case for it
- Ensure Business Reporting needs are met on time
- Regularly update the reporting formats as per the business needs
- Detailed business analysis, outlining problems, opportunities and solutions for a BU or Department as the need may be
- Tech-Savvy, with strong analytical and communication skills, with advanced excel skills
Desired skills and Qualification
- Minimum 2-5 years experience
- B.Tech or Equivalent; MBA desirable
