Job Description:

Typical job responsibilities include but not restricted to

  • Develop sales to drive the sales growth in assigned territory.
  • Responsible for independent task as well as team task, to achieve his target as well as team target.
  • Meet and engage with current MedGenome clients Doctors, Hospitals and Labs Collection Centers Research institutesPharma companies in the applicable territory to retain and increase business from them.
  • Develop and manage an efficient customer coverage network to improve sales performance.
  • Manage the sales team 1-3 for sales growth and revenue enhancement.
  • Provide competitors activities and market trends.
  • Coordinate with Line manager to enhance sales performance.
  • Maintain relationship with existing customers for business.
  • Build sales culture and sale centric atmosphere among the team members.
  • Maintain contacts with financial center personnel, professionals, and personal contacts to build referrals.
  • Provide timely feedback to the sales personnel regarding their sales performance.
  • Support team members on the internal process of the organization.
  • Suggest creative promotional strategies to attract more customers.
  • Develop performance improvement plan for sales team to meet performance goals.
  • Engage in KOL Management activities with key prescribers including organizing CME Conference.
  • Follow defined sales processes and conduct business accordingly.
  • Implement marketing activities identified for the territory to help in brand building and generating additional revenue.
  • Coordinate with marketing and technical department in execution of KOL activities as required.
