The role is responsible for managing incidents of high complexity, conducts advanced and complicated tasks, and provides resolution to a diverse range of complex problems.
Job responsibilities:
- Advanced Troubleshooting
- Work on Escalations from L2 & L3s
- Create Statement of Work and Project Execution
- Review Statement of Work created by L3’s and send it to the management
- Technical Audits on tickets worked by L3s
- Mentor L2/L3’s and provide floor support
Technical Skills
- Good hands-on Experience in diagnostics troubleshooting of Linux environment
- Deep understanding of IT Infrastructure and Networking
- Good understanding of HA and DRS environment
- Software & Hardware RAID configuration & trouble shooting. All backup failure
issues - Should have strong experience and Knowledge on shell scripting
- Planning and implementing fixes / Patches
- Root Cause Analysis preparation and meeting Service level agreement for Root Cause
Analysis submission - Execution of VAPT (Internal & External)
