Designation: Senior Business Analyst – Corporate Strategic Initiatives
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Provide focused support to the management to help advance organizational strategic goals and objectives.
- Help manage, plan, execute and ensure follow up of high impact strategic initiatives.
- For each initiative, prioritize task, action items and recommendations. Prepare roadmaps and timeline and monitor the progress of the initiative against this.
- Support the management for future potential fund-raises including identification of potential investors, preparation of Investor Memorandums and other collateral, as necessary.
- Support the M&A process from end to end.
- Prepare targets, KPIs and metrics that a potential M&A must achieve with timelines and continuously monitor the merger / acquisition / partnership against set targets, KPIs and Metrics and escalate issues to the senior management as required.
- Conduct research and general analysis on relevant business segments and stay up to date with the key business trends in the segments of interest.
Desired Experience & Expertise
- Post Graduate Qualification with 7 to 12 Overall experience.
- Prior M&A experience is advantageous.
- Exceptional negotiating and persuasive skills.
- Impeccable attention to detail and organizational skill.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Proficient with Excel and PowerPoint.
- Good planning, problem solving and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
- Ability to work effectively with key internal and external stakeholders.
- Ability to respond to varied working hours, including outside of normal office hours.
- Strong Analytical thinker with the ability to collect and analyse large amounts of data, interpret data, to detect errors, and prepare reports.
